Hello!! Here's a little about me...
Currently studying Product and Industrial Design at Central St Martins, UAL in London, I am a designer and artist interested in developing socially, environmental and economically sustainable objects and services. I’m all about: experimental and explorative design approaches, materials and people. I’m currently working on developing a more interdisciplinary practice.
My work diverges into two practices. The first is more explorative and materials forward, taking inspiration from traditional crafts, materials and form, much more sculpturally but still functional. Exploring themes of identity, ritual, materiality and environmental sustainability. My second lane of practice is much more external; grounded in ethnographic, primary and secondary research. Using design and design thinking to provide communities in need with systems, services and objects that empower and support them through the lens of social innovation and activism. Using design where possible more as a design facilitator with a belief that within these communities, the stakeholders themselves have the most insight.
